Monique Mullenaux is a Program Associate at the Morris K. Udall and Stewart L. Udall Foundation’s (Udall Foundation) John S. McCain III National Center for Environmental Conflict Resolution. She supports assessments, project management, stakeholder engagement, and overall collaboration on various environmental issues and projects. Additionally, Monique provides environmental collaboration and conflict resolution trainings.
Prior to joining the Udall Foundation, Monique worked primarily in the conflict resolution field, including facilitating for a digital peacebuilding initiative, The Commons, and mediating and managing cases at the Center for Peace and Conflict Resolution at Brigham Young University (BYU). She also gained relevant public policy experience serving as a lead policy advisor in the U.S. Senate on a range of natural resources, public lands, and transportation issues.
Monique holds a Juris Doctor from BYU as well as a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Mediation & Intercultural Peacebuilding Certificate from BYU-Hawaii.
