The Morris K. Udall and Stewart L. Udall Foundation (Udall Foundation) is an independent executive branch agency of the Federal Government. To aid and facilitate its programs,
the Udall Foundation is authorized by Congress to solicit, accept, and administer grants, gifts, and donations. Our programs benefit from the generosity of donors,
including foundations, corporations, and private individuals.
Gifts can be made to support specific programs or initiatives of the Udall Foundation including, but not limited to, the following featured activities.

or from those that are considered prohibited sources. Donations will be reviewed in accordance with Udall Foundation grants, gifts, and donations policies and procedures to
ensure compliance with legal requirements, including the Udall Foundation’s authorizing and appropriation statutes, prior to acceptance.
Donations to the Udall Foundation may be tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. The Udall Foundation does not provide advice to donors on the tax implications of their
