Elyse Magen
Senior Program Associate
Elyse Magen is a Senior Program Associate at the Morris K. Udall and Stewart L. Udall Foundation’s (Udall Foundation) John S. McCain III National Center for Environmental Conflict Resolution (National Center). Elyse provides support to the Missouri River Recovery Implementation Committee in addition to other National Center projects. Prior to joining the Udall Foundation, Elyse worked for a D.C.-based nonprofit, Global Land Alliance, on land and natural resource projects. Elyse also served in the Peace Corps working with farmers to address the challenges of illicit crop substitution and the lasting impacts of Colombia’s civil conflict.
Elyse is pursuing a Master of Public Policy from Georgetown University and is focused on applying the research and data skills she is learning to support consensus-building processes. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Environmental Studies from Tulane University.
