Terri Harrison
Contracting Program Manager/Contracting Officer
Terri joined the Morris K. Udall and Stewart L. Udall Foundation (Udall Foundation) in July 2020 as the Contracting Program Manager and Contracting Officer. Prior to joining the Udall Foundation, she was the Contracts Supervisor for the Defense Contract Management Agency, Special Programs – South Division, located in Tucson, Arizona. Prior to that, she had been a Contracting Officer for the Army Contracting Command at Ft. Huachuca, Arizona, having started there in 2003 as an Army Contracts Intern under the Communications-Electronics Command Acquisition Center. Additional assignments and duties during her tenure with the Army were as the Command Contracts Critical Skills Expert for the Information Systems Engineering Command; the contingency contracting liaison for the Rock Island Contracting Center in Kabul, Afghanistan; and a special assignment with industry in the contracts department for Raytheon Missile Systems in Tucson, Arizona. Her experience is multifaceted in various contract types for IT enterprise and major weapon systems, with contracts totaling in excess of $10B over her career.
Terri received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Arizona in Tucson, Arizona, and her Master of Arts in Management (Organizational Management) from Wayland Baptist University in Tucson, Arizona.
