Artificial Intelligence

The Udall Foundation is currently examining ways to carefully and securely use Artificial Intelligence (AI) to support its mission. Current usage of AI within the agency is described below.

Generative AI
Pursuant to Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Memoranda M-25-21, Accelerating Federal Use of AI through Innovation, Governance, and Public Trust, and M-24-10, Advancing Governance, Innovation, and Risk Management for Agency Use of Artificial Intelligence, the Udall Foundation has conducted an assessment and determined that it does not currently use nor has any current planned use of the AI tools that are covered by these Memoranda.

AI Use Cases
In accordance with The Advancing American AI Act,1 Executive Order (EO) 13960, Promoting the Use of Trustworthy Artificial Intelligence in the Federal Government, and Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Memorandum M-25-21, Accelerating Federal Use of AI through Innovation, Governance, and Public Trust, the Udall Foundation is reporting its AI use cases for fiscal year 2026. The agency does not currently have any individual agency use cases; the consolidated agency use cases are below:
