Anna is a sophomore at the University of Oklahoma studying economics and global energy, environment, and resources, with a minor in the Arabic language. During her freshman year, she founded Students for Local Action, the university's first organization dedicated to climate action through policy creation. Her research focuses on evaluating the feasibility of localized energy transitions throughout the United States and providing sound policy recommendations to municipalities on the subject of decarbonization. After graduating, Anna hopes to pursue an Master of Science in nature, society, and environmental governance at the University of Oxford.
