Training for Environmental Leaders at Cavallo Point
Posted: 8/27/2010
We invite decision-makers on environmental issues to participate in a special offering of a three day training, Collaboration Skills for Environmental Leaders, at Cavallo Point – the Lodge at the Golden Gate on the San Francisco Bay. The U.S. Institute for Environmental Conflict Resolution in partnership with the Institute at the Golden Gate and the National Park Service will deliver this training November 2-4, 2010.
This highly interactive, scenario-based training in a retreat-like setting allows senior and mid-level managers to explore best practices in collaboration, analyze the potential for collaboration to address complex environmental situations, and practice essential collaboration skills. We expect participants will represent the full spectrum of federal, tribal, state, county and local governments addressing environmental conflict, as well as nongovernmental organizations and corporations. To learn more about this training or to register, please see training-cavallopoint.ecr.gov or contact Diana Wilkinson at wilkinson@ecr.gov or 520-901-8578.
