The General Counsel has primary responsibility for all legal affairs of the Morris K. Udall and Stewart L. Udall Foundation, fulfilling traditional in-house counsel functions. The General Counsel reports directly to the Foundation Executive Director, and secondarily to the Chair of the Board of Trustees. The General Counsel provides legal services to the Board, the Executive Director, and all programs. This position requires a J.D. degree from an accredited law school and an active membership with the bar and five to ten (10) years' federal experience in: appropriations law, administrative law, personnel rules, records management, contracts, and the Freedom of Information and Privacy Acts.
