Kiersten G. Wilber
Kiersten is an environmental science major at Northern Arizona University. Growing up in the stunning landscape of Alaska inspired her to pursue a future in conservation. She works as the Eco House Learning Community Mentor, engaging university freshmen interested in sustainability with the environmental communities on and off campus, and encouraging them live more environmentally conscientious lives. Kiersten is passionate about wildlife conservation, and has worked on salmon and sea turtle conservation projects. She is also interested in environmental education and loves teaching others about nature and sustainable lifestyles. On the weekends you can find her exploring the outdoors.

How can you describe a weekend of student leaders from across the U.S. with an intense passion to change the world? The Orientation was a phenomenal experience to meet and build connections that I'm sure will last a lifetime.
