"Celebration of Service" kicks off at Scholar Orientation

The Foundation kicked off its year-long celebration of public service in Tucson on August 3, 2006, at its annual Scholar Orientation Weekend. Mo's family members, friends, and former staffers joined current Scholars and program alumni in paying tribute to a solid record of Udall public service, and to the continuing legacy. About 300 guests heard keynote talks by the two Udalls currently in Congress -- U.S. Rep. Mark Udall, D-CO, Morris Udall's son, and U.S. Rep.
